Cancellation & Deposit Policy

By booking or utilizing the services of Jmac’s Auto Detailing (“Contractor,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, thereby forming a binding legal agreement between you and Jmac’s Auto Detailing.

Please Note:

Jmac’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to traffic, weather conditions, or equipment-related issues. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, a refund will be issued if applicable.

Jmac’s Auto Detailing may arrive up to 45 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time due to unforeseen traffic conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such instances.

A 50% scheduling fee is required for all services and is non-refundable under any circumstances if the appointment is canceled within 36 hours of the scheduled time. This fee is also non-transferable to other services or events. If a new appointment is desired, a new 50% scheduling fee will be required. If the cancellation occurs outside the 36-hour window, please contact us at 661-289-0814 to request your refund if it is not automatically processed.

If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) or fails to communicate prior to the appointment, the full price of the missed service must be paid in advance before a new appointment will be scheduled.
